We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rajasi Official purchase. If your selection doesn't quite meet your expectations, our streamlined return process ensures a seamless experience.
Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all Rajasi tags attached. For health and hygiene reasons, certain artisanal items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return unless faulty. Returns should be initiated within 14 days of delivery receipt.
The Process
To begin your return, please contact our concierge team at support@rajasiofficial.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a pre-paid logistics label. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of item inspection.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for size or color variations of the same style, subject to availability. Please specify your desired exchange details when contacting our support team to ensure the item is reserved for you.
